We have no obligation to retain any of your account or submitted content for any period of time beyond what may be required by applicable law.

1. AUTHORIZED USE.
Subject to these Terms of Use, LUNA grants you the right to access and use this Web site. Unless otherwise specified, or agreed-upon by us, this site is for your personal, non-commercial use only. LUNA may revoke your access to this website at any time in its sole discretion.
2. NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE.
As a condition of your use of this Web site, you warrant to LUNA that you will not use this site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use. You agree not to use this site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair this site or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of this site. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through this site.

You will not violate any applicable law, contract, intellectual property or other third-party right or commit a tort, and you are solely responsible for your conduct while accessing or using our Services. You will not:
Engage in any harassing, threatening, intimidating, predatory or stalking conduct;
Use or attempt to use another user’s account without authorization from LUNA;
Use our Services in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect or inhibit other users from fully enjoying our Services or that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the functioning of our Services in any manner;
Reverse engineer any aspect of our Services or do anything that might discover source code or bypass or circumvent measures employed to prevent or limit access to any part of our Services;

In addition, although LUNA has no obligation to screen, edit or monitor User Content, LUNA may delete or remove User Content at any time and for any reason.

You agree not to duplicate, publish, modify, or otherwise distribute the material on this site unless specifically authorized in writing by LUNA to do so. You agree not to frame, or assistthird parties in framing, any of the Web pages contained in this site. Such framing is strictly prohibited under this Agreement. The content on this site is the proprietary property of LUNA and/or its business partners and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and other intellectual property laws. Certain names and logos are trademarks and service marks of LUNA and third parties and may not be used without permission.
4. ADVERTISEMENTS AND LINKS.
LUNA is not a referral service and does not recommend, endorse, discourage, screen, or approve any providers, medical procedures, products, or services; nor does LUNA provide medical advice of any kind. This information is not specific medical advice and does not replace information you receive from your healthcare provider. 5. INTERACTIVE AREAS

8. ADDITIONAL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES.

9. INDEMNITY.
You agree to indemnify and hold LUNA and its partners, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees harmless from any liability to third parties, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from or related to your breach of this Agreement, or the documents it incorporates by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
10. GENERAL.
This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of California without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions. Both parties submit to personal jurisdiction by and venue in the state and federal courts in the State of California, County of Los Angeles, and further agree that any cause of action arising under this Agreement shall be brought in such venue. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. Headings are for reference purposes only and in no way define, limit, construe or describe the scope or extent of such section. LUNA’s failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive its right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. This Agreement and the terms and conditions contained herein sets forth the entire understanding and agreement between you and LUNA with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous understanding whether in written or oral form.
11. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to access or use our Services. If you are under 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority where you live), you may only access or use our Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. If you are a parent or legal guardian of a user under the age of 18 (or the age of legal majority), you agree to be fully responsible for the acts or omissions of such user in connection with our Services. If you are accessing or using our Services on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on that person or entity’s behalf and that the person or entity agrees to be responsible to us if you or the other person or entity violates these Terms.
