What do I get with my membership?

Every month, you will get access to: 1 live virtual workshop, 1 live Q&A session, 1 raffle, 3 journal prompts (per week), a private/secure community platform, replays of all past events, access to all existing resources and additional resources


How do I contact support?

Will Dr. Ramani be available to answer my questions 1:1?

No. Unfortunately, she is not available to have 1:1 contact with members.


What technology will I need for this membership program?

You will use the following as part of this membership:

Zoom: If you have not done so already, you can download zoom to your desktop or mobile device, here: https://zoom.us/support/download


** Access to a desktop computer or laptop will provide you with the best experience. but it is possible to navigate it via your smartphone. **


iPhone users can use two different apps to access the membership content

Unfortunately neither app is available to Android users.

  • Android users can login using their phone’s browsers, but functionality may be limited.


Journal Prompts


Do I need to submit my journal prompts to Dr. Ramani?

No, You do not need to submit any materials or assignments as part of your membership.


I want to do the journal prompts independently. I do not wish to participate in the community platform/discussion posts. Is this allowed?

Absolutely. We encourage you go through this membership in any way that feels best for you. 


Billing


How do I cancel my membership?

Step 1: Log in to your account via https://doctor-ramani.teachable.com/

Step 2: Go to the top right corner of your account

Step 3: Click “Manage your subscription”

Step 4: Click “Cancel account”


If I cancel, will I still be able to access any of the content that is part of this membership?

No. Once you cancel, you will have access to the membership until your membership period has ended. After that point, you will no longer have access to the membership materials.


Events


If I miss an event, can I watch it at a later time?

Yes. You will be able to watch replays of all past events at any time for the duration of your membership. The replay do NOT expire. However, if you cancel your subscription, you will lose access.


Will the workshops, live Q&As, and meditations have closed captioning?

Yes, closed captioning is available for all events and video content.


Will events always be the same time of day/day of the week?

No. 


Do I need to RSVP for scheduled events?

No, you do not. As long as you maintain your membership, we will always save a spot for you at our events.


How far in advance will events be scheduled?

Events will be scheduled by the beginning of the month they will take place in.


Will events ever be rescheduled?

It is highly unlikely that we will ever reschedule an event that is already on the calendar. If we need to, it will be because of some sort of event outside of our control. In this scenario, we will give members as much notice as possible and we will reschedule as soon as possible.
