Will Dr. Ramani be available to answer my questions 1:1?

No. Unfortunately, she is not available to have 1:1 contact with members.

What technology will I need for this membership program?

You will use the following as part of this membership:

Platform for journal prompts and video content: https://doctor-ramani.teachable.com/

Zoom: If you have not done so already, you can download zoom to your desktop or mobile device, here: https://zoom.us/support/download

** Access to a desktop computer or laptop will provide you with the best experience. but it is possible to navigate it via your smartphone. **

iPhone users can use two different apps to access the membership content

• Circle App (for community discussions - works very well): https://apps.apple.com/us/app/circle-communities/id1509651625 
• Teachable App (for journal prompts and video content - does not work very well): https://apps.apple.com/us/app/teachable-online-courses/id1177062376 
• (While the Teachable App does not work very well, you can login using your iPhone browser, which provides great functionality)

Unfortunately neither app is available to Android users.

• Android users can login using their phone’s browsers, but functionality may be limited.

Journal Prompts

Do I need to submit my journal prompts to Dr. Ramani?

No, You do not need to submit any materials or assignments as part of your membership.

I want to do the journal prompts independently. I do not wish to participate in the community platform/discussion posts. Is this allowed?

Absolutely. We encourage you go through this membership in any way that feels best for you. 

Billing

How do I cancel my membership?

Step 1: Log in to your account via https://doctor-ramani.teachable.com/

Step 2: Go to the top right corner of your account

Step 3: Click “Manage your subscription”

Step 4: Click “Cancel account”

If I cancel, will I still be able to access any of the content that is part of this membership?

No. Once you cancel, you will have access to the membership until your membership period has ended. After that point, you will no longer have access to the membership materials.

Events

If I miss an event, can I watch it at a later time?

Yes. You will be able to watch replays of all past events at any time for the duration of your membership. The replay do NOT expire. However, if you cancel your subscription, you will lose access.

Will the workshops, live Q&As, and meditations have closed captioning?

Yes, closed captioning is available for all events and video content.

Will events always be the same time of day/day of the week?

No. 

Do I need to RSVP for scheduled events?

No, you do not. As long as you maintain your membership, we will always save a spot for you at our events.

How far in advance will events be scheduled?

Events will be scheduled by the beginning of the month they will take place in.

Will events ever be rescheduled?

It is highly unlikely that we will ever reschedule an event that is already on the calendar. If we need to, it will be because of some sort of event outside of our control. In this scenario, we will give members as much notice as possible and we will reschedule as soon as possible.

Other Platforms

Is The Dr. Ramani Network a different program than The Healing Program?
Yes. These are two completely different (though complementary) programs hosted on different websites and require separate memberships.

The Dr. Ramani Network is a new platform, it’s not replacing the existing Healing Program, but it is a space to learn from and engage with me in a different way to get guidance about all kinds of toxic relationships. 

Our existing Healing Program with our in-depth workshop, monthly topics, community platform, journal prompts and meditation and our existing question and answer session the way we do it WILL REMAIN as it is – The Healing Program will still be the DEEP DIVE space. 
  
The Dr. Ramani Network is a new network and platform that gives me the opportunity to do things that add to our Healing Program. I can do much more of a back and forth with someone whose question I am addressing – the interactive nature of the Dr. Ramani Network will allow me to give deeper answers – it’s a great enhancement for those of you in The Healing Program who are interested. In addition, there will be monthly expert guests on  The Dr. Ramani Network and members will get the opportunity to ask our special guests questions too. Plus, The Dr. Ramani Network will offer giveaways and other kinds of events.
