No – I am not.
And to avoid the cliché I deliberately didn’t do this in February.
Love becomes a four-letter word, a complicated word, a messy word, a hopeful word, and a triggering word for survivors. Let’s keep it simple – this month is about love in all its forms and then what happens to the experience of love once we go through a narcissistic relationship – not just in the relationship, but as we heal.
